Sailing on a raft built by yourself is surely quite special! You will find out many things about raft and rafting, about the history of this occupation of olden times, you will enjoy the gentle naves as well as the rapids of the water which will carry us along its own flow.You will covering 60 km of pass guarded on both sides by mountains which excel 2,000 m. We cross the Transylvanian Alps - wild and romantic at the same time - on the Olt river gliding along slopes and regions covered with lawns, crossing through straits and gorges.

Typical mountain villages situated on the boundary between Transylvania and Oltenia, orthodox monasteries are but some of the beauty spots included in our program. Throughout the program we will lead outdoor camp life, sleeping in tents on the river side. And, of course , we will light a camp fire every evening.

The program will be completed by several trips on Cozia mountain, further having the possibility to travel by bike exploring the area of the Greatest Point of the eclipse, a region so reach in historical , natural and cultural beauty spots.

The final part will consist in visiting several caves and the optional crossing of quays in a easy climbing - which, the more wild, the more spectacular - in the heart of a vast carstic region. Contrasting with the suspense, the water drops, the strain of the adventure experienced while rafting, the trips on the land will complete the multicolor rainbow of this complex program

The reward will feel even greater when the accumulated fatigue will melt in the vapors of the natural thermal springs of the Cerna Valley, famous as far back of the time of the great Roman Empire
