Description: Rafting down the river on a raft made by yourself it's no doubt something special! Not only that you'll find out a lot of things about rafts and rafting, but you'll enjoy the alternence between easy floating and the struggle with water currents. Going down the Olt river, we will cross the Middle Carpathians - wild but full of romantism, we'll pass near high peaks, plateaus with plenty of grass, through narrow passages and valleys. You'll have the opportunity of understanding a little bit of the Romanian culture, because there will be a lot of stops and you'll be able to visit some typical Romanian villages, some monasteries, orthodox churches and many, many others. The outdoor camping won't be missing because you'll spend the night in tents on the water ' shores. And of course the fire camps will be there every night. The 11 days program will be completed by a few days of outdoor trekking in Cozia Mountains. If you wish you can continue the trip by bike, exploring Transylvania: besides the overwhelming nature a lot of fun is waiting for you! Here are some attractions: medieval towns (very well preserved ), fortified citadels, monasteries, churches and of course Romanian villages: a multicultural area! Totally different from the first part of the program, "rich" in water and adventure, this possible second part fulfills this attractive and complex tour.
