Description: Transylvania - Dracula' s legendary " land over the woods" - although it's not a big territory it's very rich in historical and cultural monuments. The well preserved fortified citadels are typical for it, just like many of the ancient parts from the medieval towns. You can also meet a lot of churches and monasteries, special places where the belief, the culture and the traditions go together. You'll have the opportunity of seeing all these interesting things and you'll also have the chance of wandering through nature. Here are some of the daily objectives: visiting the Sibiu ' s neighborhood, going to Paltinis (Hohe Rinne ) - the oldest resort of Transylvania, visiting the Museum of the Popular Civilization ( in Sibiu ), the exhibition of glass - painted icons, German folk citadels located in the villages with German population ( for instance Prejmer and Biertan ), the medieval towns such as Sibiu, Brasov, Sighisoara, Medias... The socio - cultural program will be associated with long walks through nature, ment to fulfill your extraordinary sensations.
