  • which program you want to reserve
  • on what period
  • how many places do you want to reserve
  • which language you want the guide to speak (see below)
  • your connection: E-mail address, fax, phone etc.
  • are you an official, a professional, an eclipses' hunter, a curios tourist etc. to prepare the adequate info set for you

FOR ALL TOURS ( if not otherwise stated in the tour's program)

Special prices can be requested for groups of more of 4 or more persons traveling together booked through us or a travel agent in advance. Depending on your departure date and if you like to travel with other you might be able to join an already established group. Our guides speak several languages: English, French, German, Spanish... but there will be no more than 2 languages spoken on the bus. Please let us know which languages you would prefer. We will be happy to try to accommodate your requests when ever possible and depending on availability. Please let us know at the time of booking. For each group of 15 persons traveling and reserving together we will compliment one tour director (land only). A deposit of 250 USD/persons is required at the time of reservation.

FOR SPECIAL ECLIPSE TOURS:

The balance is due June 1. Air fare are available upon request.

CANCELLATION:

  • 100.00 USD per persons until May 1 st . 200 USD to May 29 th
  • 50 % of the land portion until July 15 th
  • NO REFUND after July 16 th

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU PURCHASE A TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY FROM YOUR POINT OF DEPARTURE
